Rendezvous Bay Hotel Frequently Asked Questions: Checkin – Checkout

What time can I check in? Check in time is 3:00 pm and check out time is 12:00 pm. If you would like to have an early check in or a late check out, please ask the Front Desk. We are more than happy to oblige if possible.  

If I check in early, do you offer luggage storage?

Yes, luggage storage is available free of charge at the Front Desk.

How do I get to the hotel when I arrive?

Rendezvous Bay Hotel offers complimentary pick up service from the Blowing Point Ferry Terminal and the Clayton J. Lloyd International Airport. Please note: we will need your arrival information including flight information and arrival method and time in order the schedule yoru transportation to the hotel.

It’s my first time to Anguilla, can you guide me through the process?

Certainly, just send us an email and we will be more than happy to assist you with water taxi reservations, restaurant reservations, pickups, room provisioning and any other necessities.

What are the Hotel taxes and fees?

The hotel charges 10% on all food and beverage and incidentals incurred while staying or dining in the hotel or hotel restaurant. The hotel also charges a 10% service charge fee applied on all accommodation and food and beverage. Furthermore, there is a Government tax for GST in the amount of 13% which will be applied to all food, beverage and services provided during your stay.

Is there a restaurant on the property?

Yes, the hotel has a restaurant on the property (The Place Restaurant) which serves both breakfast and lunch. The Place Restaurant does not offer dinner. Currently, the restaurant is only open for breakfast until November 1, 2024. A modified Room Service menu is available for guests staying in the hotel with delivery to your room until 2:00 pm. Please note: all orders for room service must be received no later than 12:00 noon for same day delivery.

Does the restaurant offer room service?

Yes, meals are available to be delivered to your villa room upon request.

Is there a charge for WIFI?

No, WIFI is free while on property in both the villa rooms and restaurant.

Can I add a crib or extra bed to my room?

Yes, cribs or extra beds can be added to the room for an additional charge of $25.00 per day plus taxes.

Do you have laundry services?

There is no self-service laundry services, however, your housekeeper will assist you with arranging laundry services for a small fee.

Is there a gym on site?

No, we do not have a gym, however, there is a fully-equipped gym just five minutes away from the hotel.

Is there a pool on site?

No, Rendezvous Bay Hotel does not have a pool on the site.

Does the hotel have a BBQ that I can use?

No, the hotel does not offer BBQ services and BBQ services are not allowed at the villa rooms. However, you can barbecue at the Grove area just next to the villa rooms. Rendezvous Bay Hotel does not have BBQ grills available for use, however, grills may be purchased locally from most supermarkets.

Outside visitors

Guests are allowed to have outside visitors, however, outside guests are asked to register with the front desk and provide the license plate of any cars that will be parked on the compound. Please note that cars that are parked on the property that are unidentifiable may be towed at owner’s expense. For the avoidance of doubt, Guests may not enter the Hotel without a Hotel guest being present. Hotel guests are responsible for ensuring their guests follow all Hotel rules and policies, and can be asked to leave the Hotel if their guests violate such rules or policies. Parties are not allowed at the villa rooms at any time. If you wish to arrange a special party or event, please speak to the Front Desk. We will be more than happy to assist you with planning your event either in the hotel restaurant or Grove area.

I found a friendly dog (or, a friendly dog found me!), can I keep him in my villa room?

We love pets too, however, we do not allow pets in the hotel. If you find a dog, please notify the Front Desk so the owner may be contacted to pick them up.

How often do you offer housekeeping?

Housekeeping is performed daily. Please note, if you place your Do Not Disturb sign outside, housekeeping will not be done until it is removed. Rendezvous Bay Hotel does not offer 24 hour housekeeping, so please bear in mind if you wish to have your room cleaned please place the eign outside the door no later than 11:30 am so housekeeping can be scheduled.

Are there supermarkets close by?

Yes, there are several supermarkets within 3-5 minutes driving distance from the hotel.
